Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member
Full Time • Ponte vedra Beach, FL
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records; developing processes and executing training plans
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary; ordering and maintaining office and marketing supplies, maintaining equipment inventory, developing reports and presenting results to team
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Coordinating employee schedules for coverage
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records; developing processes and executing training plans

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
